Find on Campus Map
The Women+ in Physics Canada (WIPC+) Conference aims to foster inclusivity and diversity within the physics community by providing a platform for gender minorities and their allies to share research, network, and develop professionally. Conference delegates have the opportunity to build networks, explore career paths, and present research, while also promoting gender equity and taking part in conversations about women in physics, equity, and inclusivity issues.
The goal of this conference is to support and encourage women and gender minorities in the early stages of their career to persist in this field.
Participants will have the opportunity to build networks, explore career paths, and discover emerging research by joining fellow researchers, educators, data scientists, programmers, and industry professionals who make up the diverse field of physics in Canada.
Do not miss the Keynote Address from Prof. Marcela Carena, the Executive Director of the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics in Canada taking place on July 24th!
