| Pre Authorized Debit Agreement Forms (PDF 213KB) | This form is to be used by tenants who would like to have their rent automatically withdrawn from their bank account on the first banking day of each month. All tenants of a unit must submit pre-authorized payment agreements along with a void cheque where the tenants of that unit wish to “split” the monthly rent payment. |
